Bristol 0 - 3 Tendring Ladies

On Sunday 28th October Tendering Ladies set out early to travel to Bristol where they defeated Bristol in a triumphant 3 sets. “It was a full team effort,” said Emily Bell, “The Subs box was going crazy and you could really feel the support.” After last week’s game, the tendering Ladies earned their third win while maintaining a high level of competitiveness and energy on and off the court.


In the first set, the team started a little rocky being down 6-8 but managed to pull themselves together with great communication and defensive effort from the backcourt. Tendering Ladies showed great teamwork and won the set 25-16.
The team took the momentum of the first set and let it carry into the second set defeating Bristol 25-12. The communication, discipline, and confidence were evident from afar.


The third set a new line up was put out but none the less, it was another success for Tendring ladies. They displayed a great fierce competitiveness with tough serving. In the mist of the game was a great block from Mechell Daniel and Milley Smith that got the whole gym pumped up and led to the nail to the coffin of the match with an ending score of 25-17.

The Tendering ladies are currently undefeated in NVL with no sets dropped. Tendring women are very proud of their performance and are looking forward to the next game.
