Tendring ladies continued their winning streak this weekend with a strong 3-1 win over London Orcas. The first team to really show any challenge. The game started off point for point in the first set with Tendring slowly starting to take the league after some killer serves from opposite Helen Hunt. They manage to close the set 25-20.

Tendring continue their strong start into the second set which they comfortable won 25-21 with Kat Raicevic and Michell Daniels swinging massive points from the wings.

Orcas stepped up their game in the third set catching Tendring off guard, they started to take a comfortable lead which Tendring was unable to come back from. After some good serving from Orcas and some struggle in serve receive from Tendring, Orcas were able to win the set 25-16.

Tendring, eager to close the game with a 3-1 win, started off strong in the 4th set. Some runs of serves put Orcas under a lot of pressure leading them unable to close the lead that Tendring had created. Our strong block from our front row players completely dismantled Orcas attack and Tendring took the last set 25-20.
