About Us

Tendring Volleyball Club is a fast developing adult club with four teams in the National Volleyball League (NVL), three teams in the Essex Volleyball League (EVL) and one of the strong link with one of the longest junior programs in the Eastern region.

Tendring Volleyball Club was established in 1991, based at Tendring High School (now Tendring Technology College),  what started out as a junior that catered for all age groups has developed into an adult club. The adult side of the club has also grown rapidly over the last five years. All ages and abilities are welcome at TVC!

Our senior teams compete in both the National Volleyball League and the Essex Volleyball League. The juniors compete alongside the seniors in the NVL and the EVL. Our host school team, Tendring Technology College, has entered the World Schools Championships and has represented England on five separate occasions. Over 50 players have represented the club within the junior, young senior and senior national teams.
